Who runs this site

Kitchen Remodel is run by Bartlomiej Standa, a sole trader trading as Elevate Ireland. We pass kitchen requests to one kitchen fitter who covers your area. Contact: privacy@kitchenremodel.ie.

When you send a request, we pass it to one independent local company that covers your area. They price the job and do the work, and they may pay us a fee for the introduction.

What we collect

When you send a request: your phone number and, if you give them, your name, your area or Eircode, your answers to the estimator (what's changing, the size and the finish), the price range it showed you and a short message. When you use the Remodel Studio: your first name, mobile and county, the photo of your kitchen, your design choices, the pictures the Studio draws and what you type to the designer. Photos and pictures are stored encrypted. We also record which page you sent it from.

Why, and on what basis

We use your details to pass your request to one kitchen fitter who covers your area, so they can contact you about the kitchen, and to text you your Studio design. To draw your Studio design and answer your messages to the AI designer, your kitchen photo, your choices and your messages are sent to Google's Gemini API, which processes them on our behalf. We do this with your consent, which you give by ticking the box in the Studio or sending the form. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.

Who we share it with

One kitchen fitter who covers your area. They deal with you directly and are responsible for your details from that point. Google (Gemini API) processes your Studio photo, choices and messages to draw your design and reply. Our email and hosting providers process the data on our behalf. We never sell your details to marketing lists.

How long we keep it

Up to 12 months after your request, then it is deleted, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Analytics

We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which stores nothing that identifies you, and we record anonymously which step of the form was reached.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to how we use them, by emailing privacy@kitchenremodel.ie. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
